Rila Monastery
Rila Monastery Day Trip: The biggest and best preserved Bulgarian monastery Rila Monastery is also worth a day trip if you have the time. plovdiv
Plovdiv is the second largest city of Bulgaria and a former capital. It also used to be known as Philippopolis, the city of Phillip II of Macedon, the father of Alexander the Great.
